Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the center of a large baking dish and surround them with the seasoned potatoes.
  4. Brush the chicken with the honey BBQ sauce, making sure to coat it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
