- Slice the steak into strips.
Assembly
- In a bowl, layer lettuce or cauliflower rice, top with sliced steak, sautéed peppers, and onions.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
This bowl keeps well in the fridge for about 3-4 days. To reheat, avoid overcooking the steak to maintain tenderness. Marinating the steak adds extra flavor.
