For the chips
  • 1 cup cottage cheese Can use low-fat cottage cheese.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or parmesan) Feel free to try different cheeses.
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats Can substitute with ground oats or almond flour for gluten-free.
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder Essential for enhancing flavor.
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • as needed cooking spray or olive oil for baking Use for greasing the baking sheet.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, shredded cheese, rolled oats, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on the baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
  5. Spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  2. Let cool before serving. Enjoy your healthy snack!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. Can be frozen and reheated in the oven or air fryer. Use herbs or nutritional yeast for variations.
