  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Toast garlic for added flavor.
  • Salt to taste Salt

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Experiment with other cheeses like pepper jack.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Mix until well combined, then knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a flat round shape.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on one half of the naan and fold it over like a cheesy pocket.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes for a softer naan. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
