  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Use your favorite BBQ sauce.
  • 1 cup grilled chicken, sliced Use leftover chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded You can substitute with Monterey Jack or mozzarella.
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced Combine different colors for visual appeal.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the high protein flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Layer the grilled chicken slices on top of the BBQ sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese over the chicken.
  6. Add sliced bell peppers on top.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

Serve with a fresh side salad or crunchy veggie sticks. Allow to cool slightly before slicing for perfect cuts.
