Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the high protein flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Layer the grilled chicken slices on top of the BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese over the chicken.
- Add sliced bell peppers on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
Notes
Serve with a fresh side salad or crunchy veggie sticks. Allow to cool slightly before slicing for perfect cuts.
