Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli) Cook until al dente
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Topping
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  2. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  4. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can keep leftovers in the fridge for about 3-4 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
