- In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the gnocchi. Once they float to the top, they’re done! Usually takes about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Toss in the cooked gnocchi, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat.
- Dish it up immediately, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if you’re feeling spicy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat by adding a splash of cream or water.
