- In a large bowl, combine whipped cream, cottage cheese, chopped fruit, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the mixture until ingredients are well combined.
- Cut the angel food cake into cubes and layer half in a large trifle dish or bowl.
- Spoon half of the creamy fruit mixture over the cake cubes.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake and creamy mixture.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
