  • 1 cup cauliflower rice For a lighter alternative.
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded Can be replaced with mozzarella or vegan cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  5. Divide into bowls, top with shredded provolone cheese, and serve.

Notes
