- Start by marinating the chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, zest, and seasoning. Let that soak in for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides (about 7-8 minutes).
- Toss in the broccoli and cherry tomatoes. Squeeze in more lemon juice and cover to steam for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
