  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For grilling

Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can be substituted with sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh for best flavor
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish and flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  2. In the last few minutes of grilling, add broccoli florets to the grill basket. Cook until slightly charred and tender.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to create the creamy garlic sauce.
Serving
  1. Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it over a bed of grilled broccoli.
  2. Drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce and serve.

Notes

Consider marinating the chicken a few hours beforehand for extra flavor. You can also add extra veggies or try a plant-based version using tofu.
