Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup almond milk Any creamy milk can be used.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • as needed Cooking spray For air frying.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract, and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Cooking
  1. Shape the dough into bite-sized pieces and place them in the air fryer basket.
  2. Spray the bites lightly with cooking spray to add that golden touch.
  3. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until they’re perfectly golden brown.

Notes

These churro bites are best enjoyed fresh, but they can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. They can also be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the air fryer for optimal crispness.
