- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Incorporate this into the dry mix.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy and lush.
Assembly
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan; dollop the cream cheese mix on top.
- Cover with the remaining brownie batter.
- Gently swirl with a knife to create the marbled patterns.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean yet moist.
