Preparation
- Slice the entire block of rolls in half without separating them and remove the top half.
- Place the bottom half in a greased 9x12 baking pan.
- Layer one slice of ham and half a slice of cheese on each roll.
Topping Preparation
- In a microwavable bowl, heat the butter for about 30 seconds or until melted.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
Assembly and Baking
- Brush the top of the rolls with the buttery mixture.
- Loosely cover with foil and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with a fresh salad or tangy pickles. These sliders store well in the fridge for 3–4 days or can be frozen for up to a month.
