Ingredients
  

Cookie Base
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pumpkin spice orange chips
  • Halloween sprinkles

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the white sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this dry mixture into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, pumpkin spice orange chips, and Halloween sprinkles.
  6. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven until the edges are nicely browned.
  2. Allow to cool on cookie sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months. Label the container for easy identification!
