- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add the bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the peppers are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a filling for tacos.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop.
