  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for sautéing)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (toasted and minced) Key for flavor
  • Salt and pepper To taste
Toppings
  • Veggies (optional: scallions, bell peppers, zucchini) For topping

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Add the toasted garlic and hot honey, mixing well.
  4. Let it simmer for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve in bowls and top with your choice of crunchy veggies or additional toppings.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Can also be frozen for longer storage. A drizzle of extra hot honey on top enhances flavor.
