Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then toss them in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Grill the sweet potatoes in a grill basket for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. In the last few minutes of cooking, toss the broccoli florets on the grill until tender.
Assembly
  1. Slice the grilled chicken and add it alongside the sweet potatoes and broccoli in a bowl.
  2. Top with sliced avocado and fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a minute before slicing to keep juices locked in. For extra flavor, consider garnishing with feta cheese or balsamic glaze.
