Preparation and Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. While the chicken is grilling, steam or blanch the broccoli until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried herbs to make your creamy garlic sauce.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips.
  6. To assemble, place a portion of broccoli in a bowl, top with grilled chicken, and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.

These bowls stay fresh in the fridge for 3-4 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Prepare the sauce and pre-cook the chicken ahead of time for quicker assembly on busy nights.
