Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • to taste as needed Butter or oil for grilling

Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water; let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Warming the Tortillas
  1. Heat tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave until they're flexible.
Assembling the Burrito
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and layer with rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, and sour cream.
  2. Top it off with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
Grilling the Burrito
  1. Heat a clean skillet and sprinkle 2 tbsp of shredded cheese.
  2. Place the burrito seam-side down and cook until the cheese melts and forms a crispy crust (about 3-4 mins per side).
