Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Stir until combined and season to taste.
Assemble the Bowls
- In each bowl, add cooked rice or quinoa, grilled chicken, diced vegetables, feta cheese, and olives. Top with a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce.

Notes
