- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cooking
- In a large pot, bring water and baking soda to a boil.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and shape them into bites.
- Boil the pretzel bites in the baking soda water for about 30 seconds.
- Remove and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm, paired with creamy cheese dip or mustard for dipping. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for a month.
