  • 1 cup flaxseeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional) For extra flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and salt. If you're feeling adventurous, toss in the dried herbs for extra flavor.
  3. Pour in the water and stir until everything is well mixed.
  4. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes until it thickens up a bit.
Baking
  1. Spread the mixture out evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp, flipping halfway through for even crunchiness.
  3. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before breaking into pieces.

Notes

These crackers can be stored in an airtight container for about two weeks at room temperature or up to three months in the freezer. They taste best when fresh out of the oven or thawed from the freezer.
