Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, salt, baking soda, paprika, butter, and Cheddar cheese.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cold water and pulse. Gradually add more water by half-teaspoon until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut into goldfish shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
Baking
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until they’re light golden brown.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. For extra crispiness, roll the dough thinner. You can also add herbs like rosemary or thyme for a unique flavor twist.
