  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine olive oil and warm water, then add to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, and optional Italian herbs, mixing well.
  5. Roll the dough out onto a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Cut into sticks and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Baking
