- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until it's fully cooked through.
- Push the chicken aside and toss in the frozen veggies. Sauté them for a minute or two.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them until they're fully cooked.
- Mix the cooked rice with the chicken and veggies in the pan.
- Pour the soy sauce over everything and give it a good stir.
- Season with green onions, salt, and pepper to taste, then serve!
Notes
For enhanced flavor, don’t skip the seasoning. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for about a month. Reheat on stove or microwave.
