Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until well combined.

Baking
