- Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add the gluten-free flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a lined baking sheet.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crusty.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
This bread can be paired with rich stews, or slather with garlic butter and herbs for a flavorful side. Stores at room temperature for 3 days or in the fridge for up to a week. Freezing slices is also an option for longer storage.
