Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water Make sure it's warm but not hot.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Divided use, 2 tablespoons for mixing, 1 tablespoon for drizzling.
Toppings
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) For topping.
  • Coarse sea salt For sprinkling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  3. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, then sprinkle with fresh herbs and coarse sea salt.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a unique flavor, try different herbs like thyme. If the dough feels too sticky, sprinkle a bit more flour, but don't overdo it. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
