Ingredients
  

Flatbread Ingredients
  • 2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cups Water Adjust as necessary for dough consistency.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until just mixed.
  2. Cover and let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the flatbread for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes

For thicker or thinner flatbreads, adjust the rolling step. Add herbs, spices, or experiment with different oils for flavor variations. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
