Prepare the Dough

- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth, then wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Make the Noodles
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and cut into noodle shapes.
Cook the Noodles
- Cook in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes until al dente.
- Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
Notes
You can store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze them for up to 3 months. Reheat in boiling water before serving.
