- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2-4 minutes until they float to the top.
- Drain and serve with your favorite sauce or dish.
Notes
These noodles are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Don’t skip kneading for better texture, and feel free to experiment with different flour blends.
