- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and milk, and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a flour-dusted surface into a rectangle.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle generously over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into rolls.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- For the glaze, whisk icing sugar with milk until smooth and drizzle it over the warm rolls.
Notes
These rolls are best enjoyed fresh, but they can last up to 5 days in the fridge in an airtight container. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds.
