Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and salt.
- Add in melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and espresso powder. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chunks.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and fresh berries. For variations, add nuts, peppermint extract, or swirl in peanut butter for added flavor.
