Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water Must be warm to activate the yeast.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can be substituted with melted coconut oil for a vegan option.
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar For added flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they're golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 5-10 minutes.
