  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour Ensure it's a gluten-free blend.
  • 1 cup brown sugar Packed for better sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup almond milk Or other dairy-free milk.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling and Glaze
  • 2 cups chopped apples Freshly chopped for moisture.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar For glaze.
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk For glaze.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chopped apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool completely.
Glazing
  1. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with almond milk until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled bread.
