  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, plain yogurt, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into small pieces (about the size of a golf ball). Roll each piece into a ball and poke a hole in the center, creating a bagel shape. Stretch the hole if necessary.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the shaped bagels in the air fryer basket, ensuring they have enough space. Sprinkle tops with everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Carefully remove the bagels from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
