- Divide the dough into small pieces (about the size of a golf ball). Roll each piece into a ball and poke a hole in the center, creating a bagel shape. Stretch the hole if necessary.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the shaped bagels in the air fryer basket, ensuring they have enough space. Sprinkle tops with everything bagel seasoning.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Carefully remove the bagels from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a twist, experiment with different toppings like sesame seeds or add herbs to the dough. Serve preferably warm.
