  2. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then slice them into wedges.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the wedges out in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are crispy and golden.
  7. Once done, sprinkle the grated Parmesan and chopped parsley over the wedges.
