Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, Parmesan, salt, and pepper (and red pepper flakes if using). Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Cooking
- Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each piece.
- Roast for 6 to 9 minutes (depending on shrimp size) until they turn pink, opaque, and just firm to the touch.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley before serving. Enjoy hot!
Notes
Serve hot and garnished with parsley and lemon wedges. Pair with crispy garlic bread or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days or frozen for 2 months. To reheat, use a splash of olive oil to maintain tenderness.
