Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.
Baking
- Place the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
