Ingredients
  

Potato Wedges
  • 4 large large potatoes Cut into wedges
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced For a stronger garlic flavor, toast the minced garlic
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can be substituted with other cheeses
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Optional, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the wedges on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  3. Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking. You can also use other cheeses or add red pepper flakes for heat.
