  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until smooth.
  5. Add the grilled chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For added nutrition, consider using whole wheat or high-protein pasta. To thicken the sauce more, add cream cheese. For a stronger garlic flavor, consider roasting the garlic first.
