Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cans (8 biscuits each) Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (for topping)

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add 2 tsp of garlic powder, salt, and black pepper while it cooks. Ensure there’s no pink in sight.
  2. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit, spoon in some beef, and top with cheddar cheese. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the assembled bombs on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. While cooling, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp of garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the warm bomb goodies.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can reheat them in the microwave, although they are best fresh out of the oven. For extra flavor, try adding chopped jalapeños or cooked bacon.
