Preparation
- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add the steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, toss in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat in the garlic butter.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, cut the steak into even, bite-sized pieces. Experiment with spices for different flavor profiles.
