Preparation
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, add butter and minced garlic to the pan.
- Spoon the melted garlic butter over the pork chops while they finish cooking.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with sautéed veggies or a salad. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or skillet.
