- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- On a large sheet pan, arrange the chicken breasts in the center and place the mixed vegetables around them.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper, and top with lemon slices.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C) and vegetables are tender.
