- In a bowl, combine the steak pieces, olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Roasting Veggies

- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes.
Cooking Steak
- In the meantime, heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the marinated steak bites for 5-7 minutes until they reach your desired doneness.
Making the Glaze
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, beef broth, and honey. Stir until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Serving
- Serve the steak bites over the roasted potatoes and green beans. Drizzle generously with the balsamic glaze.
