Preparation
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and protein (if using). Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to a month. For best results, reheat in a pan or microwave.
