Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
 - Butter a 13x9 inch baking pan and set it aside.
 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in brown sugar until smooth.
 - Pour the butter and sugar mixture into the bottom of your pan and spread it evenly.
 - Add the bread cubes, spreading them over the top of the buttery goodness.
 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the bread cubes.
 - Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
 
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
 - Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
 
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3–5 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, pop it in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
