  • 1 lb pizza dough Store-bought or homemade.
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes Fresh mozzarella is preferred for creaminess.
Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted Provides flavor and richness.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Toasted for enhanced flavor.
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For color and freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Pinch the dough to seal it, then shape it into a ball.
  5. Arrange the dough balls in a football shape on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. In a bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, and salt.
  2. Brush this mixture over the dough balls.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. Can be frozen wrapped tightly for up to a month, reheating in the oven until warm and crispy.
